Our exercise program is a FREE community-based program for prostate cancer patients and survivors that will encompass both exercise and education. Class schedule is as follows:
Days: Mondays and Thursdays
Time: 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. (Advanced Participants)
10:45 – 12:00 noon (Newcomers)
